A journey shaped by resilience and purpose.
Born and raised in Jamaica, Roshane Ellington immigrated to the United States at the age of 19 on an athletic scholarship. Navigating life in a new country without nearby family taught her perseverance, adaptability, and the importance of creating opportunities for others facing similar challenges.
Roshane attended Rend Lake College and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Saint Cloud State University. Throughout her professional career, she has built a reputation for servant leadership, developing people, fostering meaningful relationships, and leading with integrity.
Faith has remained the foundation of Roshane’s life, keeping her grounded through seasons of growth and challenge. Her greatest strength lies in serving others and empowering individuals to recognize and achieve their full potential.
As a mother, Roshane is passionate about modeling faith, hard work, kindness, resilience, and service for her daughter, Marley. She believes our prime purpose is to help others whenever we can and, when we cannot help, to ensure that we do no harm.
